OUR CEO
Sherlon McKenzie, RN, BSN, MPA, PMP, is a master’s-prepared healthcare executive, registered nurse, educator, and project leader with decades of experience spanning clinical care, operations, quality improvement, workforce development, and organizational leadership. Her career has been defined by seeing what others may overlook, envisioning what could be better, and translating ideas into well-designed, well-executed solutions.
As founder and CEO, Sherlon sets the standard for how PHS works. She combines clinical insight, strategic thinking, educational expertise, and disciplined execution with meticulous attention to quality and the client experience. She believes exceptional results begin with listening carefully, understanding what matters, and approaching each engagement with intention.
Sherlon leads with consideration, kindness, and empathy—and expects excellence. She is deeply invested in the people who perform the work as well as those they serve, cultivating teams that are prepared, supported, and accountable. Under her leadership, PHS approaches each engagement with the care, rigor, and refinement expected of work that carries its name.
